Staying Fit During the Holidays

Make sure you stay on track this holiday by sticking to your regular routine as much as possible. You may have even more time to do more with your time off, so remember to stay on track. Your fitness routines can also be a nice stress reliever and a way to deal with family and holiday parties. Keep your workouts on your calendar, even try to keep them on as much of the same time schedule as you do during the rest of the year. If you are traveling and staying in a different location for days, you can still visit a gym or get outside and run, take a jump rope and resistance bands with you and make it a way to share different activities with your family and holiday friends.
