Marathon Training

Now is the time of year, at least  in Texas, when you want to be outside and can really handle harder and longer running routes, before the summer heat is upon us. It is great to get in those additional training miles and gear up for some spring races, even if you do a half marathon instead of the full 26 miles. It is tons of fun to join a local running group or training team, meet new people, get some coaching, and achieve a goal for this year. Below are some resources to get up and running, beat cedar fever, and create a great program for a successful spring and summer to come.
