Even if you only have 20 extra minutes in your day, you can still get in a workout.

Warm up with jumping jacks or jump rope for 2 minutes.

Then, alternate between lunges and squats, 2 minutes each, 3 times. You can make them as cardio intensive as you would like jump switching or more static changes.

Do another cardio burst for 2 minutes with high knee lifts.

Finish it out with a plank for a minute, side plank on each side for a minute each, and another final minute of abdominal crunches on your back or standing twists with a knee lift if you would like to work the side abs.

It’s fast and gets it all in. So remember, even with only 20 minutes you don’t need to skip your workout because you don’t think there’s enough time.
