It’s Marathon Sunday in New York this weekend and the weather in Austin is at its best for running…but no matter where you are, it might be time to take advantage of the season and up your mileage. It’s not that difficult when the weather is cooler and before the ice and snow gets too bad to incrementally increase your weekly running distance. Even just adding another mile or two is much more accessible because the risks that the summer heat presents are not there. So, consider doing some longer runs and more distance training during this time of year and take advantage of the fall season benefits.
