Holiday Fitness

It’s the time of year again when people travel a lot and tend to get out of their routines, including their workouts. First it’s Thanksgiving, and then the countdown to the Christmas season and the end of the year. Remember, it’s better to fit something in than to do nothing at all. You may have the opportunity to travel to a warmer climate or to have your holidays in a place where it’s easy to find time to exercise. Take advantage of that. Do different things, like rent a bike to explore the area, work out in the hotel gym, or run around a new city to get the lay of the land. Don’t put it all off until the New Year. Make the commitment now or maintain your current commitment, so the New Year will be full of health and fitness for you and those around you.
